Hawthorne Cir, North Wales Project

For this Colonial renovation, our goal was to preserve the home’s timeless character while introducing a cleaner, more modern point of view throughout. The transformation begins at the exterior, where a bold black-and-white palette gives the home a fresh, striking presence while maintaining its classic architectural style.

 

Inside, we opened up the main living spaces to create a brighter, more connected flow between the living room, kitchen, dining area, and family room. The fully redesigned kitchen became the centerpiece of the home, featuring a long center island, custom finishes, and thoughtful details that make the space equally suited for everyday living and entertaining. At the rear of the home, the kitchen transitions naturally into the family room, where a fireplace and custom dry bar create a warm, inviting gathering space. Sliding doors extend the living area outdoors to the back patio, while updates to the mudroom, laundry area, and powder room add function to the first floor.

 

Upstairs, the primary suite was reimagined as a comfortable private retreat, complete with a walk-in closet and a fully updated en suite bathroom featuring a double vanity and elegant stacked tile. The additional bedrooms and hall bathroom were refreshed with the same attention to detail, creating a cohesive design that feels polished, practical, and true to the character of the home.
