39th Street, Unit B, Brigantine Project

We renovated Unit B of our Brigantine duplex around an open, welcoming layout that connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen while extending the living space outdoors. A tiled fireplace wall creates a focal point in the living room, with sliding doors opening onto a spacious deck designed for relaxing and entertaining by the coast. While Unit A's design was centered around a royal blue color scheme, we featured sage green in this condo to continue a relaxed, beachy vibe.

 

The updated kitchen features new cabinetry, white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, coastal-inspired lighting, a custom bar with a wine and beverage cooler, and sage green backsplash tile accented by wood lower cabinets. To bring it all together, we built an island in the center with the same sage green coloring.

 

One of our favorite parts of this project was including a beautifully patterned accent wall in the powder room. Custom closet cabinetry and access to a private front deck add both function and character to the master bedroom. Tying the whole design together, we created a beautiful sage green tiled walk-in shower in the full bathroom. Together, the indoor and outdoor spaces create a polished coastal retreat designed for comfortable everyday living and gathering.
