39th Street, Unit A, Brigantine Project
Located just a block from the beach, our goal with this condo renovation was to create a coastal oasis from the moment you step through the front door. With an emphasis on both style and functionality, the first-floor unit features an open, connected floor plan grounded by neutral walls, sand-inspired laminate flooring, light-toned doors, and a natural coastal palette carried throughout the space.
In the living room, we added character with a custom board and batten accent wall and built-in bench. The redesigned kitchen serves as the heart of the home, featuring rich blue cabinetry contrasted with warm wood tones, pristine white quartz countertops, a crisp white backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and coastal-inspired lighting. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and family rooms, creating an inviting space for everyday living and entertaining. A custom bar cabinet with a wine and beverage cooler adds another functional detail to the family room.
The coastal palette continues into the primary suite, where two generously sized closets were outfitted with custom cabinetry. The en suite bathroom was designed in a complementary blue-and-white palette, creating a cohesive connection to the kitchen while giving the space its own fresh, serene character.
